Red meat has too much fat. The bad thing about eating meat it is because we are eating animals. Red meat is bad for you health when you eat it too much. If you eat medium rare meat you could get cancer.
If you eat too much meat you could get a lot of diseases. Red meat can cause you to get type 2 diabetes which means red meat is not a dieting food. With eating red meat you could obese by eating too much.
when eating red meat you could get many diseases and even different types of cancer. Red meat is very fatty and hard to chew.  You should always have a meat the size of your palm and fully cooked. Because medium rare meat can cause health problems or under cooked meat.
Red meat is fooling you eat it everyday under cooked just to get sick and have health problems. But does red meat give you heart problems and cancer. Yes it does as red meat is high in saturated fat. Saturated fat raises blood cholesterol. Meaning high levels of LDL it increases heart diseases.

What is really in our food

Each year 920,000,000 eggs are eaten by New Zealanders. That makes two and half million per day.

Mostly there are caged chickens producing eggs. There are six hens per cage. There are two conveyor belts in front, one that carries the eggs and one for the food and water. Caged hens have lack of space because their cages are on a angle for all the eggs to roll onto the conveyor belt.

Free ranged hens have more space and eat grass as well as chicken feed. Free ranged eggs can run around and flap their wings. There are also barn hens which are cage free. Barn hens have more space. They are cage free they have a better life then caged hens they can run around. Barn hens are all in one place

Eggs are high in cholesterol meaning it can cause heart problems. But eggs are still good to eat because they are high in protein. There are white eggs and brown eggs. White eggs come from white hens and brown eggs come from brown hens.

You can have poached, boiled, and fried but people like poached eggs better. The protein is mostly in the yolk. The darker the yolk the better the egg. Eggs have b12 vitamin. Cooked eggs have more protein than raw eggs. Eggs are easy for the body to digest.

The old man on the beach.

One day an old man went for a walk on a beach.  He dragged his feet through the soft sand. As he walked he smiled . He kept walking through the sand and felt more relaxed . This was his first time walking around the beach . As the wind blew past his face he felt a cold chill down his spine.

He walked and walked his brown pants started to get wet . He got more cold and cold his jumper did not keep him warm. He kept walking through the sand. He did not stop walking he held his shoes in his hands. He was a solitary figure . All by himself he just stopped and stared at the water . Then watched the sunrise he sat down and had a rest.

People ran past splashing in the water. The water went all over him and he got wet. He got up and walked in the and dried up he watched the happy people playing in the sand and water. He felt alone he walked back onto the sand.

Special assembly

Time for assembly. The bell rang. We had a special visitor. We started off with the national anthem .Then Ms M introduced the special visitor. It was her brother who came all the way from London.  He studied P.A. (Performing Arts) at university then went to London.

At first I thought he was wearing a wig but then noticed it was his hair. He said "you gotta help me because I forgot some of my Samoan", because he lived London. Then he said repeat after me "minoi , minoi , minoi". We started clapping and he sang. He sang a song while we lifted our arms and started waving them. It looked like we were the only class. So he started sitting next to people and singing and we went back to clapping .

As we were clapping everyone joined in. People started singing. He sang another song, this time it was an opera song. He tied his hair up then everyone laughed .
