Assembly today I wonder what exciting things are going to happen today. Walking into to voices singing looks like fridays are always the happy day. National anthem is always a way to know we’re all one as whole, When the singing is very strong but light mulledy. There is always heaps of things going on here sports and much more. There’s like a thousands songs we learn and they're all pretty cool. Some guests come for assembly and they’re all different some sing some talk so it’s all amazing things.

Future Apirations
Future aspirations inspired me to set little goals, to succeed in your big goal. The speakers tell you a lot of stuff. The best thing they would tell you is to chase your dream but not only chase it catch it. They give you a lot ideas and inspire you to look for good jobs and to complete school. Most islanders and maori don’t make it to university. Which we really need to change they’ve inspired me to really chase my dream and make it come true.
The speakers really inspired me to finish school and go to university. Because only a few pacific and maori students complete school and actually go to university. They make you believe that you can succeed in anything if you push yourself.
They all had different jobs or they're still in university or school. Tristan pang one of the smartest person’s i'll know hes form 2 and he’s study year 13 math. He’s in university right now that’s amazing for 11 year old. It beats me but i still have along way to go.
What about city fitness a massive gym for boxing. At first all it was, a old warehouse then a guy turns it into a boxing gym for all people. Kane was his name a old boxer who had a little bit of money went and bought a old warehouse transformed it into the largest boxing gym in new zealand. I found that pretty successful.
Mosa a 18 year old who is Len Brown’s youth town adviser. Who is still in university and is a great talker. He keeps his audience happy and calm. He’s a really funny guy. And is one of the most successful 18 year olds i know.

The Beach Or
As the sun glared onto my body. I felt a drop of water fall from above to land on my face. As I opened my eyes to a colossal wave straight up above. I leaped up like a frog and was smashed down. You could hear the cracks of my bones as I hit the ground.
As goosebumps filled my body as i was a glass getting filled up with water. I flipped myself over onto the warm sand. Buried myself and grabbed a packet of chips and started eating. As I thought it couldn’t get any worse. It happened a bird flew up high above my head circling around me. I said “It’s just looking for food”. Then it went came flying down I tried to move but then sand held me down.
Squish it went all over my face like a icing on a cake. I finally lifted myself out of the heavy blanket of sand and ran straight into the water. i looked like a human ice cream with sprinkles. As I hit the cold shiny glass water. My the sand slowly peeled off and the bird poop drifted away.
As I walked out of the water the goosebumps refilled my body. I ran back to my spot where i had finally realized i’m going on a ride in a speed boat along the shore. I grabbed my stuff and headed straight to the rafter group.
As we went along the shore sightseeing. After a while of a smooth ride we went straight into a sharp hard rock. The boat started to sink as my stomach filled with butterflies. I Slowly swimed to the shallow end of the waters and then pulled myself up and passed out.
As I woke up with the sting and ringing noises in my head I slowly got up. To be on a different island. I looked out to see everyone across the water the swim was like 40 minutes. I rested for one hour. Then got ready to swim across.
By now I would of thought help would be here. So I ran and dived in i surfaced up. Then I swam and swam for my life. My arms ached and my shoulders clicked as if my arms were to fall off. My legs were pumping like they were getting filled with air. My eyes turned red like a tomato. My fingers wrinkled up like i was 60. I finally reached the end my whole body was paralyzed my head was aching my arms were dead they felt like 50kgs each side, My legs were the same.
I heard voices coming closer then i slowly lifted my arm. Then they walked over to me to lift me and carried me back to the shore. Nobody even noticed I was gone.

Movie Reflection
My DLO I made last week was about Martin Luther King. Our plan wasn’t perfect but was alright we planned our movie on paper. We tried to improve as we continued. We didn’t film we only did animations.
Our movie had a rap in it telling our viewers what Martin Luther King did back in the day.
Our message was to show people we are all equal and to not judge by the colour. Our message was clearly explained that we are all equal.
Our voiceover had issues with the sound, It was our beat in the background that made it sound good. The sound needed a lot of fixing, There were glitches in the sound but i had fixed them later on. The sound at the end became alright for listening.
The graphics were done on imacs drawn by me, Only drawings of Martin Luther King.
Our group work well together getting the voice over done.

Prize Giving
Prize giving, The gathering of U11s To U13s. Wind softly gliding across your face. Legs pumping nose turning red, Pass the ball. Zoom down the field gone passed the ball to potaua he scored the try. Heartbeat rising trying to catch my breath. Me & Kendrix walked up into the club rooms.
Standing by the doorway not knowing where to go. I saw some our team sitting down on the ground so I walked over with Kendrix. We sat down, We waited for about ten minutes just for the prize giving to actually start.
Hamisan called out all the teams from U11s To U13s, When he called my team U13s Open team. I nervous he called everyone up then me last. I stood up and went up on the little stage. He awarded three people Alex for most improved player, & two others for back of the year & forward of the year.
We finished so me & Kendrix walked home we talked & we were walking for about thirty minutes just to get home.
